Game series is designed with experimental treatments to test the impact of cyber vulnerabilities and exploits within nuclear command and control (NC3) on nuclear and crisis stability. Hypothetical game with players from government, military, industry, and students. Game is one sided, 2 separate moves, with no adjudication.
