Summary
This thesis documents the design and implementation of an animated, graphical post-processor for the SABER wargame developed at the Air Force Institute of Technology. The Ada based post-processor utilizes the X Window System to provide the game players with the force status information necessary to plan and execute a theater-level air and land war. The report processor produces reports that can be viewed on the screen or printed in hard copy form. The animation portion of the user interface allows the game players to see how the day's battle unfolded. They can see how their mission orders were carried out in addition to the enemy's response.
