Summary - Analytical crisis game run by the Hoover Institution from 2021 onward. Game series includes two sets of experimental treatments - the first to test the impact of early warning network structure on nuclear stability, the second to test the impact of cyber vulnerabilities within nuclear platforms on nuclear stability. Hypothetical game with players from government, military, industry, and students. Game is one-half sided, 2 moves, fixed adjudication. Each game consists of 3-5 players.
