Manual describing the rules of action in crisis situations occurring in the field of food safety. It is directed towards the State Sanitary Inspection which is the official food control body of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and is responsible for food safety in Poland as well as to the Minister of Health who coordinates the system of food safety.
