Summary
This publication was prepared under a study sponsored by the United States Army Combat Developments Command. The framework of the TACSPIEL wargame in conventional warfare is described in RAC-TP-ll, "TACSPIEL War-Game Procedures and Rules of Play(U)". This publication represents an initial attempt to extend TACSPIEL war game models to low-intensity warfare. Recognizing that refinement is required, this document should prove to be a valuable reference for agencies concerned with rules for gaming in this environment.
