Analysis of this report based on the results of a two-day academic wargame on the United States Government’s efforts to combat transnational organized crime (TOC) conducted at the United States Army War College (USAWC) 25-26 September 2013. Much of the report's findings were derived directly from the comments of wargame participants. Report produced to inform senior Army and Defense leaders. 36 participants and 20 observers engaged with the designed wargame model.
